A packed day

Jon and I saw Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and then I went and saw The Addams Family for work. I felt the same way about both.

If food is love, then my birthday is obese.

Had a great birthday with a lot of surprises. Pot luck @ work was amazing, I work with a lot of talented chefs. Then off to a french restaurant for dinner and drinks. Circle back home for a little hookah, mad libs, and Jon's apple pie.

Let's keep celebrating until it's my birthday.

Jason, Aaron, Jon and I went to the Big E in Springfield on Saturday. Apple pie with cheddar cheese, jerky, beer @ 11:00 am, corn dogs, stuffed clams, apple cider, and much much more. Then we were off to get pumpkins and apples. Pumpkins weren't ready just yet for us to pick, so I picked red peppers and hot peppers. And those hot peppers aren't messing around. Oh, and in case you were wondering, the "Crazy Burger" was a bacon cheese burger on a glazed donut. America!

Camping For My Birthday, Strep Throat and All.

This past weekend we went to my favorite place in the world. Camping, fire pit, carnival, my best friends, deep fried reeses peanut butter cups, a couple of puppies, bacon on the grill, wheelchair baseball, step throat, and only drinking alcohol made by Dr.Mcgillicuddy.

This Guy.

I'm not feeling well today. I'm getting one of those "change of season" colds. Bear has been an amazing caretaker. (Photos courtesy of Jason Ayestas)

We are currently taking offers.

Days off from work+ beautiful weather+hanging out with friends+ seeing Machete (awesome) and Going the Distance (horrible)+ healthy homemade meals (I spent $2 on ONE organic local grown tomato, geeze)+ recording some tunes with Jason and Jon = one of the most relaxing "staycations" I have ever had.

Little India

Took a trip to Jackson Heights last weekend. Little India is only a couple of subway stops away, and is a lot of fun. We ate, we shopped, we smell like incense.

Homemade Pizza

I had a little help. Monk salt shaker reminded me to roast the garlic.
